What to know before the meeting

A chatbot answers when you turn to it; RPA replays recorded clicks and breaks when things change; custom development is a long project built for a single task. AISOL is an orchestration layer: processes are triggered by a business event and run through to a result on their own, with AI agents working in your systems within their granted permissions. A new process is a configuration on a ready platform, not a new project.
Through native APIs and ready-made connectors – CRM, ERP, HIS, telephony, document management. If a system has no API, the agent works with it through the user interface, like an employee. We don't replace or migrate anything: the platform plugs in on top of your existing landscape.
We set up a prototype on your scenario in about a week – you see the platform on your own data before any commitment. Deployment into production takes from 8 weeks. After that, each additional scenario is switched on by configuration on an already running platform – faster and cheaper than the first.
The platform runs on a subscription – from 12M ₸/year, with a 6–9 month payback by our estimates. The mix of scenarios and the configuration are set after the process review; the demo and review are free. Payment can go through a Kazakh or a US entity.
Data is processed in an isolated perimeter and is not used to train models. Agent permissions are scoped, every action is logged; at critical points there are human confirmations. For large projects, fully on-premise deployment is possible. Details are on the "Data security" page.
Yes. The platform transcribes and analyzes conversations in Kazakh and Russian at native-level accuracy – including the mixed speech that's common in Kazakhstan. Voice assistants, outbound calls, surveys; for contact centers this works together with your telephony.
