From the "Scans" folder – into the accounting system, no manual entry

One pipeline for the entire flow: it doesn't matter whether the document arrived by email, from a scanner or as a photo in a messenger.

  1. Incoming flow email, scanner, folder, messenger – the document type is detected automatically
  2. Recognition printed and handwritten text, tables, seals and stamps – into a machine-readable form
  3. Field extraction parties, BIN, amounts, dates, numbers, line items – a dedicated set for each document type
  4. Completeness check whether every document in the package is present, whether amounts and dates match across them
  5. Into your system records appear in the accounting system, CRM or HIS – no one retypes anything by hand

The platform doesn't guess: a questionable field goes to a person

Printed text, standard forms and tables are read with confidence. Handwriting too, but imperfect handwriting stays imperfect: where confidence is low, the platform doesn't substitute a guess but shows the field to the operator – next to a fragment of the original. One tap – and the document moves on.

  • The doubt threshold is configurable – from "ask more often" to "only critical fields such as amounts and BIN"
  • Cross-checks – amount in figures against amount in words, table totals, field values against reference books
