Your system has no API? That's not a problem.

AISOL connects to each system by whatever path it allows: through a native API, a ready-made connector – or a UI agent that works with the software through the screen, like a person: it sees the form, fills in the fields, clicks the buttons and checks the result.

Three paths to connect your systems

We don't require your landscape to be "AI-ready." The path is chosen for each system individually – based on its real capabilities.

path 01

Native APIs

fast and reliable, if an API exists

If the system offers programmatic access, we use it. A direct, documented connection: data, events and actions in both directions.

  • Telephony, messengers, email, modern web services
  • Real-time exchange, no intermediaries
  • Connection takes days, not months

path 02

Ready-made connectors

common classes of corporate systems

For widespread classes of systems the platform has ready-made connectors: we don't write the integration from scratch, we tune it to your configuration.

  • CRM, accounting systems, EDM, telephony, email
  • Tuned to your fields, statuses and reference lists
  • Connectors are updated together with the platform

path 03

UI agent

when there is no API at all

The agent works with the system through its interface – like a trained employee: it sees the form, fills in the fields, clicks the buttons and checks that the operation went through.

  • In-house and legacy systems, bank-client apps, portals
  • No changes needed from the system or its vendor
  • Every step is captured with a screenshot in the log
speed · 1–2 weekscoverage · any system with a screen

A single project usually runs all three paths at once: telephony – over an API, CRM – through a connector, and the accounting system without an API – through a UI agent.

how the ui agent works

An accounting system without an API: looking over the agent's shoulder

A typical task: move confirmed orders into an accounting system that has neither an API nor vendor support. This used to be an operator's job; now the agent does it the same way, but with a log of every step.

If something goes wrong, the agent doesn't click buttons at random: it stops, captures the screen and calls a human – details below, in the reliability block.

landscape map

One AI layer over the company's entire landscape

A typical Kazakhstani company: some systems are modern, some are "historical," plus files, scans and portals. The platform connects everything – each system by its own path.

The platform sits on top of what's already there – nothing needs to be changed or rewritten. What it does on top of this layer is covered in the ready-made solutions and the list of capabilities.

ui agent reliability

"But what if the interface changes?" – a good question

The UI agent is not a fragile script with button coordinates. It understands the screen rather than memorizing pixels, and it works by rules that protect your data.

The interface got an updateThe agent understands the purpose of fields and buttons, not pixel coordinates. It handles cosmetic changes on its own; if the screen is seriously reworked, it stops and reports rather than acting blindly.
The result stays under controlAfter each operation the agent checks that it actually went through: the document is created, the amounts match, the status changed. No confirmation, no closed task.
Retries without duplicatesIf the system froze or didn't respond, the agent first makes sure the operation didn't go through, and only then retries. Duplicate documents are ruled out by the rules themselves.
Human in the loopFor a non-standard situation or a critical operation the agent pauses the task and hands it to a human. The threshold is configurable: from "confirm every action" to "only call me on exceptions."
Every agent action is loggedStep, time, data and a screenshot of the screen – for any operation you can reconstruct the full picture. Access, perimeter and data protection are on the security page.

From mapping the landscape to a production integration

day 1
Landscape review

We meet, map out your systems and choose a connection path for each one: API, connector or UI agent.

Prototype – free

We build a live connection on one of your scenarios and your data. Take a look and decide – no commitment.

from 8 weeks
Production rollout

We deploy the integrations inside your perimeter: access rights, logging, monitoring and team training.

q & a

Frequent questions about integrations

Our system is in-house, the vendor is long gone

A perfect case for the UI agent: it needs neither a vendor, nor the source code, nor any modifications. All it needs is a workstation with access to the system – just like a new employee.

The agent sees the screen – is that safe?

The agent works under a separate account with the minimum necessary rights and only inside your perimeter. Every action is logged with a screenshot – this is more transparent than a person's work.

How many systems can be connected?

There are no limits – the platform is built for the entire landscape. We usually start with two or three systems in one process and expand as new scenarios go live.

Not sure your system will connect?

That's exactly what the free prototype is for: in about a week we'll show a live connection on your system. Or, faster still, just write to us.
